* All carriers are designated a size, regardless of actual measurements, in order to help customers associate the carriers with the correct size of tubing.

Example: The 3" carrier has a true measurement that is smaller than the 3" tubing it is designed for. If the true measurement of the carrier was actually 3", the carrier would not be able to travel inside of the 3" tube system.
