The "DO IT YOURSELF" Tube System
These systems are all Point to Point systems, but they are all adaptable to the specific needs of your facility. Because these systems are designed for the customer to put together, themselves, we have also included installation instructions for your convenience. However, if you still have questions remaining, please call us for further assistance.
Pressure Pressure System #1
System #1 is designed for a single floor and transports items from point A to point B.
This system uses a blower to transport a carrier distances up to 1000 (ft) from one Down Receive station located at point A to another Down Receive station located at point B.
Summary: This system can be done with either 2 Down Receive stations (terminals) with a blower built in, or 2 Slide sleeve Stations (terminals) with a blower attached.
Pressure Pressure System #2
System #2 is designed for transportation from one floor to another and can only be used with an exact vertical drop from the Up Receive station to the Down Receive station.
This system uses gravity to drop the carrier down to the first floor, then the system uses a blower attached to the lower station to blow the carrier back up to the second floor again.
Summary: This system includes 1 Down Receive (without blower) and 1 Up Receive with blower built in.

Pressure Pressure System #3
System #3 is the standard design for transportation from one floor to another.
This system uses an Up Receive station (terminal) on the upper floor that sends to a Down Receive Station (terminal). Both Stations have a blower built in either above the station (Up Receive) or below the station (Down Receive). The first floor then uses a blower to blow the carrier back up to the second floor again.
Summary: This system includes 1 Up receive station and 1 Down Receive Station with blowers built in.

Pressure Pressure System #4
System #4 is designed with an air cushion to help slow the carrier down much faster, create less noise when being received, and increase the carrier life up to five times longer.
There are two different ways to attach the blower to a system as shown on the left. The far left blower in the riser is an example of the remote blower attachment.
Summary: This system includes 2 Down Receive Terminals (with a remote blower).
